Good day to you!
A slightly different change of approach for this posting, given that this is the accompanying post to the brand new series of postings entitled "60 Seconds of Faith", my way of lifting people's focus if they're seeming to be stuck in a rut.
I won't waste any more time other than to get right to the point and tell you the story I promised from episode #0001, Perseverance...
It all started earlier last week when I was walking in my local park, something I often do to clear my head. I remember when I got to the bowling green and there was a distinct sense that God was asking me a question. What did He say?
How do you build an empire?
Think about this.
This sounds like a simple enough question on the face of it, when you consider that my life's mission is to build a social media empire so that people always have access to God's word no matter where they are, as long as they have an internet connection.
So coming back to the question, how do you build an empire?
It all starts with an idea, doesn't it? For every great invention, the iPhone for example, or maybe your 3D television, it all started as an idea in someone's head. What then? It didn't just materialise out of thin air did it? Steps had to be taken to get the idea from the head to the manufacturing plant.
Think of it like a journey you take, it all starts with that decision to take a trip somewhere, not the actual first step, or the first mile. The first decision.
Final Thought
What I'm trying to get through to you is quite simple really, it's the taking of that first step that often achieves miraculous results, especially if it's a massive dream you're undertaking. You may doubt it will happen, you may doubt it will come off, but you made a decision and you plan on sticking with it, hence 'Perseverance' being the first episode of my 60 Seconds of Faith!
So, to answer my first question 'how do you build an empire?', I knew the answer right away was simply one brick at a time. As these ideas have been a long time in the making, I will be curious to see where I go after 60 Seconds of Faith.
Come on, be like me, you were born to be great, bro's!
