Off the Scale #13 - "Pastoral" Symphony (or simply Symphony No. 6) by Ludwig van Beethoven

Hello everyone!

Today's Off the Scale is a very special one to me because I have to give a special shout out to a guy I used to work with called Brian Amson when I was an IT Support professional. This gentleman recommended this piece to me and I would argue that his suggestion was what took me to a far deeper place of appreciation and admiration of classical music that I have today.

Get ready...

Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony Number Six

This one is perfect if you want to wind down after a long and stressful day. Put the kettle on. Get your feet up. Be ready to chill out to the max!

Brian, wherever you are, buddy, thank you!

Without you telling me how much you loved this piece of music, I wouldn't have gone onto the depths that I am living in today with classical music as my go to genre whenever I want something to listen to.

I may, in the future, celebrate other genres of music in a spin off from this series, but for now let's just enjoy Leonard Bernstein conducting this masterpiece.

Peace!
