Extra-ordinary Pt. 1 - What Are YOU Living For?!

Easy bro's! :)

This blog posting comes at a time of great significance in my life, but I cannot go anywhere without first suggesting you watch this video: -

(EDIT: Okay, that didn't go to plan, Youtube doesn't want to link the video I wanted to use as my example, but fear not because you can always watch it here!)

Watched it? Good, because I want to take a moment to analyse a phrase used in this song...

"...extraordinary, is what we're living for..."

This then begs the quesiton of what are you living for these days? What is it that gets you up and about these days? What is it that you maybe didn't see as important back then, but now all of a sudden it is of great importance to you?

For me it has to be knowing that I'm in the right place to be seeing amazing things happen in the future, my future and the futures of those all around me. Take a look at this if you will, the vision for my church... ambitious? Yeah! !Audacious? Too right!

Seeing the way people around me are being set up for greatness just by believing in themselves and who God made them to be is such an awesome sight because it is high time that the real people of this world stood up and were counted.

Strong Words?

You could indeed say that, brother, because I have never been to church services like the ones at !Audacious where the music is loud and punchy, the preaching precise and relevant and the company so friendly and inviting!

It's a relief to know that, from being involved with the methodist church I've talked about in the past, to know that I'm being elevated onto a higher plane of existence.

Now before you go turning off or just in general poking your nose into other people's business and leaving this blog be, consider this: -

If a church be so loud, so proud, then what is to be ashamed of if you are an active participant??

I've been on Resources again yesterday and it was a riot, just getting to meet some new people and all the while seeing what I could peddle in the way of books/CDs for them.

It's Not Enough!

Even though I'm doing my bit, I wanna do more, I wanna do so much more that I will completely confess to right now!

I'm not ashamed to say that I "heart" my church (as the expression goes) because they stand with me when I've fallen by the wayside to pick me up again and they get me believing in myself, in who I am and just what I am capable of; the self-professed Sensation keeps rolling on day after day, night after night!

Anyways, I'm likely to revisit this posting because I want to further explore some of the feelings behind what I've put tonight. But my hope is that, in the midst of all that you are going through, that you'll remember one thing: -

"Life is only what you make of it!"

So with that in mind, as I bring this part to a close, consider what you're living for today, consider it well and consider it deeply, for it may just be that tomorrow is your "one day", the day when situations change for the better, that you have been waiting for every day!

Peace out!
