As you can imagine, this has been a rather sobering week for me, if only to say that 'The Idea' is on hold for a while as going into a debt of just nearly £6000 at this time is not an option for me!
You could argue the toss that you have to go into debt to start up a business, but do you? Take a look at some of the people that have made a success of a business start-up and ask yourself out of the much they now have, what did they start with...?
And the answer is usually a resounding "little", all because they took a chance, took a gamble on one idea that they thought was lacking in society and now look at them... the creators of Minecraft for instant, Mojang, look at where they are now! Do you think they imagined it would be garnering so many user accounts?? Into the multiples of millions?? Hardly!
What of the latest generation of consoles? Do you think the likes of Sony or Microsoft started off with much in the way of capitol? You could shoot me down in flames, but you'd be hard pressed to deny that they both started as a simple seed of an idea in someone's mind with a view that one day... one day, they would go onto bigger and better things!
Now look at them!
From Kinect to Connected...
Simply put, the idea that a console now has the added functionality, over years gone past, to be more socially connected more than ever before. Users have been able to post to Facebook before now, but now they can actively stream via such services as Twitch and no doubt Youtube as well!
So what I'm saying through all of this is that this will neither be the making nor the breaking of me, because I always, always rise up "like a bird of flame" (to quote one of my own songs!) from any tragedy, any setback only to be "a greater form of life" (only if you've been there will you know what I'm talking about, bro's! :P) that strives to be number one at whatever he does!
Whatever the future holds, I know Who holds it so it's all good and wherever I go, I know it's gonna be better than right here right now (in terms of a mindset I have adopted!) so bring it on, I say!
I hope my words of wisdom have brought solace to you on this cold, March morning and know that whatever you face, you don't have to be less than the sum total of the problem's parts as long as you believe you can overcome anything, you will!
Peace out!

PS. Do like I'm doing at the minute, get yourself a onesie (mine's a Batman one, quelle surprise!) and a good game/film to watch and just totally lose yourself in it!
I'm working my way through "Morrowind" at the moment and I just cannot get enough of it!
