Greetings,
As you can tell, it's that time of the year again where I take a look at what I'm doing with my blog and see if I can fashion out a route going forward into the future.
You will have noticed a recent addition to my existing series of devotional posts where I'm exercising my creative muscle and the as yet unimaginatively titled "Creative Projects" isn't exactly giving it the flair it deserves but it's a start.
Also, there are other ideas that I am toying with...
Changes & Expansion
My social media hiatus concludes on Saturday 23rd July so I will be looking to streamline all content across platforms so that it is easy for anyone who is a reader here to go and find me on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter and connect that way.
I have a job to do and I fully intend on doing it to the best of my ability, but along the way I'm going to look some more at my interest in classical music so, starting soon, will be a series where I'll be looking at my favourite pieces of music along with my favourite conductors. I'll also go into why I like them and what they have done to influence my own life.
This brings me onto another idea that hit me over the last twenty four to forty eight hours; picking a song and then unpacking why it appeals to me so much and what you can learn from it going forward.
Along with this, I aim to broaden my reviews to include some of the latest gadgets and gizmos that I pick up along the way of my life and will soon be posting a review of my new speaker for my smartphone.
Naturally, as I'm approaching my fiftieth episode of "60 Seconds of Faith" and I want to look at doing something extra special for that... but don't hold your breath, lol! :-D
Final Thought
In closing then, I want to encourage you that if you do nothing else all day every day, find something constructive to apply yourself to, be it a new hobby, or a new interest.
I've made it clear that I'm into films on here, as well as making sure my conduct is spot on in my attempts at dating... do I really need to go into that again?!
The point is, you should find something that gives you purpose in a morning because otherwise you'll just get up and wonder what makes this day so different to the last and before you know it you'll get seriously down in the dumps!
Believe me; I'm living proof...
Peace out!
