Enjoy The Simple Things In Life

What a wonderful evening I've had so far, bro's! :)

I hope the last posting on my blog was worth your time (ED - it's actually the next posting that he's referring to having written it before this one!), I know it was an awful lot of fun to contemplate what I was going to put into it because there are just so many quality songs out there. Who knows? Maybe I'll revisit that at some point and try another batch of songs out on you? :-P

Earlier, I watched one of my favourite films on my little portable DVD player sat on my front step of my flat, an activity I'm synonymous for, well, when I'm not reading that is.

What was I watching? Take a look: -

Love it! Well, not exactly 'love' that I feel toward it, but you get what I'm saying right? It's a great film and one that, in my now-changed mind stance (ED - and after you've watched it a couple of times, TLP!), does not suffer from the poor-sequel-itis that so many films seem to suffer from nowadays!

I'm yet to give my verdict on the third one as I've not seen it yet, but you can bet your sweet, um, bee-hind, that I'll be posting a review on here.

Who knows I may just do a video review too!

I was sat there, enjoying my tea; pizza, chips & noodles ta for asking, when I got to thinking that what gave me the joie de vivre was the simple things like doing this!

Coming back from a busy afternoon of paying the rent & water rates in town, before doing my weekly shop at Tesco, I was not in the slightest interested what was on the idiot's lantern: -

See? Now that's a reference I love to add whenever I get the chance!

David Tennant, what a bloody good actor he is!

I just really enjoy watching the world go by whilst I'm either reading or watching a film sat outside because it reminds me that the world does not revolve around me, nor should it.

Now? I'm just sat here, writing this entry on my blog whilst listening to "Smooth Classics" on Classic FM and you know what?

There may be a stigma attached to those that listen to classical music, so you know what I say to that?

"Screw" and "off" because to quote Dwayne Johnson... IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK!!!

I know I should avail myself of all that hostility because it does me no good to rant at you, but it's not you the reader, per se, that I'm having a dig at, it's those mooks (ED - gee, he's not used that word for a while, has he?!) that think it's somehow weird to listen to this type of music.

GET OVER YOURSELF!!!

Remember, it doesn't matter if you don't like what I like, because this is my blog so I will say whatever I damn well please! >:-(

Ahem...

Sorry, that turned into more of a rant than I ever meant it to, lol!

I'm just finding it so therapeutic at the moment, writing like this so frequently and when I get my new notebook computer in the next couple of weeks I can continue with the trend some more. I'm taking full advantage at the moment because if it means no toxicity gets a chance to built up with my emotions when I do this, then I'll do it all the more!

Until next time!

Peace off!
