Whassup, bro's!
This entry today comes somewhat off the back of an odd day I've had as upon coming back to my flat, I went into my kitchen to discover that the ceiling has been leaking from the walkway overhead.
Picture if you will, the flat I live in is under not one, but two maisonettes and the walkways run over the kitchens of those underneath. Now, the one that is above mine already had a fix report filed against it when I moved in because of the cold snap over two years ago...
It looks as though water defies logic as glancing upwards, you can see droplets of water just... sitting there... now, for those wearing tinfoil hats, they are not waiting to attack, they are not waiting for a chance to conglomerate into a larger form... they are just sitting there!
Problem is, the damage line doesn't open on Sundays so it'll have to be reported either online or via the telephone and the question is, which do I trust more? For it took... get this... 20 days to get an outer pane window replaced from slimeballs that decided it'd be a good idea to try and break my window WHILST I WAS INSIDE!!!
Dirty feckers, say I, dirty feckers! :D
Final Thought
It is at this point that I take my own advice and 'not let circumstance bog me down' or 'not focus on the negatives in my life' because in some ways there always will be, there always will be things that will try to steal the very peace which guides and guards my soul!
I have no more to say for tonight for I'm watching Law & Order: Criminal Intent at the moment with the ever excellent Jeff Goldblum...
More tomorrow where I'll be reviewing race number two on the Formula 1 calendar; Malaysia!
