2024 Year End Review

Well here it is again,folks!

The 2024 Year End Review and it's that time of year where I celebrate some of the media I've been consuming this year. It's been a year where quite a lot has changed as series I've been watching have gradually been finishing for good leaving me with space to try and discover new shows to get addicted to.

So let's get this show on the road, shall we?

I've gone for a particular piece of music that's so soothing, so relaxing, it almost demands you stop what you're doing to consume it properly in my opinion.

2023 Year End Review

It's that time of year again where I look back on this year's highlights in terms of films I have watched, games that I have bought and my TV highlight. As always, apart from the TV highlight, there will be some entries that haven't necessarily been released this year. But that is just how I roll in terms of these highlights.

RV004: Captain Marvel - A Marvel-lous Film!

 

Hello everyone!

I've just finished watching Captain Marvel not so long ago and wanted to rush out a review before I either forget or get sidetracked with other project work I'm currently doing.

This film is the latest outing in the closing stages of Marvel's third phase of movies and is designed, I believe, to lay the final groundwork before we are brought to Avengers: Endgame in the summer which is a cinematic event that will no doubt upset as many comic book fans as it pleases.

I, personally. could care less about the whole idea of a "cinematic universe" because I am just not interested in investing more of my time into following stories from one film to the next with a view to just understand the basic plot. If you cannot sell me on the plot from the get-go, I don't really care...
